Dispatchers needed

American business, with office in Chișinău, is looking for talented, ambitious people to join our dispatch team. Were a dynamic transportation company, moving freight all around the United States since 2015.

The primary responsibilities of the dispatcher are to negotiate rates and secure loads for trucks, efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise. Experience is plus!

Candidate requirements:
- Advanced English level, both verbal and written;
- Great communicational and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google products;
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations;
- Availability to work night shifts Mon-Fri 15:00-24:00.
