Truck dispatcher 2.5% work from home

Looking for a strong Truck Dispatcher, Remotely, ONLY WITH EXPERIENCE in Dry V / SD / FB /Ref to start immediately, for long term.

2.5% Comission from Gross. Weekly Payment.

- Work from home.
- Working in US market. We've got 53 Dry Vans / SD / FB / Ref (4-5 Trucks per dispatcher, working mosly in MW/S/SE (Ref and SD goes East), avg 500-700mi daily, most of them US Drivers). All company drivers.

Our company is located in Chicago, IL, fleet of 32 Trucks. MC is 14 years old, setted up with almost all brokers, loggeg in all portals.

Looking ONLY for a strong dispatcher, independent and self-motivated, self-organized and problem solver, stress resistant, honest and dynamic person with good communication skills;

Requirements:
- Good English is a Must;
- Experience in Dry V and Ref is a Must!
- For FB / SD experience is a must!
- For FB / SD Experience in partials and Permits is a must!
- Knoledge of the current Market and rates;
- Must have good PC and Internet connection (Screen shots required while applying);
- Must be responsable, self-organized, hardworking, honest, and multitasking!
- Must be able to work with all kind of drivers, good and not so.
- If needed Must be available on weekends or later on a day (your Trucks cant stop, have to keep going, every dispatcher has their trucks assigned that should be monitored and checked during weekends when needed);
- Must keep a good and on time communication with drivers and brokers, must be quick on updates and feedbacks;
- Muts be able to perfectly manage the paperwork (BOL+Loaded picts at pu + POD at delivery, lumper receipts, etc): get from driver, check and confirm if all correct +send to brokers, etc;
- Must check brokers on RTS for their score but also check the web domain to enruse its not a scam;
- Must be able to monitor the driver during entire route, and ensure that driver complies with all necessary notes from RC (traking (get screenshot from driver), PPE when needed, inform driver about late fees when so, etc);
- Must mintain TMS Dispatch board updated in real time (Truck Statuss, Load Stattuss, Available time city, etc);

Payment Conditions:
Comission: 1.5% for testing period (first 2 weeks);
Comission: 2.5% permanent. (if candidate is good, we pay 2.5% from start).

Payment: Weekly Payment (Wednsday is payday for prev.week).
Paycheck can be transfered to your account in MD.
