Project Manager (Junior | Middle)

Company Overview:
Qoobus is a fast-growing technology startup that provides a digital platform for logistics companies to connect and exchange their freight or transportation capacity online. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive our business to the next level.
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage projects from conception to completion, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, and monitor progress against these goals.
Develop and maintain project plans and budgets, and report on progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, and manage project risks and issues.
Drive continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
