Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and secure new customer leads to grow your book of business.
Self-manage and execute all aspects of freight management, including booking and tracking loads.
Build strong relationships with carriers and shippers.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth operations for each load.
Conduct professional phone calls and handle negotiations effectively.
Requirements:
Mandatory prior experience in freight brokerage and trucking.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to independently manage your workload and consistently meet performance goals.
Access to the necessary tools for professional phone communication.
A results-driven mindset and eagerness to grow within the company.
