KeborMed is US corporation, providing connectivity services to healthcare device manufacturers. The company is based in Cleveland, OH, but our development team is located in Europe (Romania, Moldova and Portugal). ***Key Responsibilities***
Device and Application Management:
- Manage macOS and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and deploy applications and updates to managed devices.
- Ensure devices are compliant with security policies.
System Health Monitoring:
- Monitor system health using Microsoft Defender.
- Identify and address security threats.
- Proactively maintain system performance.
Technical Support:
- Provide first-line support to employees for technical issues.
- Troubleshoot password resets, internet connectivity, and email problems.
- Remotely access employees' computers to resolve software issues.
Issue Tracking:
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Documentation Updates:
- Assist in updating and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
Compliance:
- Assist in maintaining ISO 27001 certification.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and backup verification.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices.
***Required Qualifications***
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender.
- Knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with remote support tools.
Problem-Solving:
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
***Preferred Qualifications***
ISO 27001 Knowledge:
- Understanding of ISO 27001 standards and their application.
- Experience with compliance audits and assessments.
Technical Writing:
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
