Hotshot dispatch

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatcher to join our team. If you have a background in dispatching and are ready to take on a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries and pickups
- Communicate with drivers and ensure on-time arrivals
- Monitor and track the movement of 10 trucks
- Optimize routes for efficiency
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate records and reports

Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Percentage of the gross, up to 2%
