Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure smooth operation of service
- Assist with training and supervising junior staff (for Head Waitress)
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
