Hero Logistic company, is looking for responsible ambitious people to join our support dispatch team with NO experience.
The primary responsibilities of the dispatch have to efficiently manage multiple drivers at a time and fix problems as they arise.
The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed, especially in a fast paced environment.
If you are without experience but you want a interesting job your are welcome to apply!

- Salary start $600, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.

- Trainings and development opportunities
- We offer 2 weeks of training and support for all new employees.
- Required Computer and Software Skills: Basic experience using computers.
- Experience using dispatch and trucking software preferred.
-Constant improvement of professional skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming internal and external customer phone calls, exercising judgment within specification of standard practices
- Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
- Work in the software transport management system.
-Resolve a wide variety requests, which include gathering additional information, setting expectations and working with other support organizations.
