Dispatcher without experience

Responsibilities:
- Completing a training program for dispatchers;
- Organizing safe and efficient transportation of vehicles
- Optimizing routes and improving logistics
- Interacting with drivers and customers to ensure a high level of service;
- Solving operational problems and being able to respond effectively to problem situations
- Correctly maintaining documentation and reports on work performed.

Requirements for the candidate:
- High level of English language;
- Desire to develop in the field of dispatching;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues, drivers and customers;
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and make quick decisions;
- Quick adaptation in computer programs and systems used in dispatch activities.
