We are looking for a talented full-time B2B Travel Administrator to join the AtoB team!
- Build relationships with B2B international agents; local tour operators; search for new partners;
- Take booking requirements from clients and work with the sales & operations team in quotation/execution;
- Generate sales from upcoming requests and control payments from customers;
- Aim to maximize revenue and identify new growth opportunities;
- Gather competitive data, market-related news, and trends, monitor events, and share them with the team;
- Participation in forums and exhibitions with the stand of our company;
- Receiving and processing transport requests from corporate clients;
- Support for corporate clients in emergency situations;
- Communication by phone, competent correspondence;
- Adding Documentation (Information) to the system;
- Registration and management of new agents in the AtoB B2B system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Tourism;
- Experience in travel arrangements would be a plus;
- Responsibility, accuracy, punctuality;
- Ability to multitask;
- Fluent English;
- Disciplined, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
