Carpathian Way is a carrier company that has been on the US market for years, and as our fleet constantly grows, we need to expand our team to cater to our drivers' needs.
Job Description
Assisting drivers with any issues that arise after the dispatch department has left for the day.
Handling pick-up numbers, lumper payments, locations, and other essential tasks.
Communicating with brokers for any load-related problems.
Ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution during after-hours.
Requirements
Great English skills
Solid PC knowledge (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat)
Customer-oriented and a problem solver
Previous work experience in transportation or logistics is appreciated
Ability to work independently during after-hours
What We Offer
Work Schedule: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Central US Standard Time)
One week: 3 days work
Following week: 4 days work
