JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email or chat (No Calls)
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
- Excellent written communication skills (grammar, structure, and spelling)
- Strong typing accuracy and speed
- High attention to detail and ability to process large volumes of information
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret incoming data
- Flexible with work schedule; availability for weekend shifts if required
- Previous experience in a call center is an advantage
Work schedule:
Shift-based : day (08:00 - 17:00) and evening (14:00 - 23:00) shifts, 2 flexible days off each week
