We are a swiss trailer manufacturing company based in Kirchberg-Bern (Switzerland).
Since 2006, we have a subsidiary in Cimișlia named Beck Cimișlia s.r.l.
Our Company: Beck Cimișlia s.r.l. is a family business. Most of the key positions in our company are held by the owners of the company, who have dedicated their entire lives to designing, manufacturing, and producing trailers. Due to our experience and the quality of our products, we were able to make a name for ourselves both in Switzerland and in Europe.

The Location: You will work two-thirds of the time in Cimișlia and one-third in Chișinău.

Requirements:
• Driving license
• You have a university degree in economics, business administration, law or a similar degree.
• You speak fluent Romanian and English, at best also German and French but the last two are not mandatory.
• You are humorous, communicative and you can negotiate confidently.
• You also have a flexible and clever personality with which you quickly master challenges.
• You are ideally between 25 and 40 years old or between 55 and 65 years old with a lot of experience in import, export, and customs clearance.
• You are ideally from an agricultural background or have a good knowledge of the agricultural, metal or steel industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead organization and execution of imports and exports with expertise (creating documents for transport companies, etc.)
• Research and analyse suppliers in Moldova, Romania, Ukraine, Turkey, Italy and Germany.
• Manage the purchasing of materials and components.
• Administrative and organizational support of the General Manager.
• Monitor operating costs, budgets and ressources
• Tracking the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Organization, participation and taking protocols of meetings incl. the provision of the necessary documents and presentations.
• Function as a representative of our business and role model for our employees.
