The company is seeking a passionate Talent Sourcer to join its global recruitment team. In this crucial role, the individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to meet the organization’s current and future hiring needs. The position requires the use of innovative sourcing strategies, tools, and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential candidates across various online platforms, professional networks, and sourcing tools, using advanced search techniques to connect with passive talent.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with promising candidates for both immediate and future job openings.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to fully understand job requirements, qualifications, and team expectations, while sharing insights on talent market trends and sourcing strategies to optimize recruitment efforts.
Ensure the candidate database is continuously updated with accurate information from all interactions, and manage a pipeline of candidates for high-priority or hard-to-fill positions.
Represent the company by effectively conveying its culture, values, and opportunities during candidate interactions.
Track key sourcing metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, and provide regular updates and actionable insights to the talent acquisition team.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter.
Proficient in English at an advanced level (B2+), knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
Practical experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS (will be a plus).
Background in sourcing and/or recruiting for a variety of roles, including Acquisitions, HR, Payroll, Quality, IT, Reporting & Controlling, and Commercial positions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and adjust search strategies accordingly.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to foster and maintain connections with a diverse range of candidates.
Team-oriented with the capacity to collaborate effectively, supporting colleagues in reaching common goals and achieving success.
