Job Description:
As a Remote Dispatcher Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our dispatchers. Your primary objective will be to optimize the dispatch operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient movement of goods. You will collaborate closely with our clients, drivers, and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines and maintain superior customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of dispatchers, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary
Optimize truck routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
Coordinate with drivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of goods
Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Address any operational issues or delays that may arise, finding prompt resolutions
Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring a high level of customer service
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dispatcher in the transportation industry
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role, overseeing a team of dispatchers
In-depth knowledge of various truck types, including Box Trucks, Hotshots, Power Only, and Dry Van
Proficiency in using dispatching software and transportation management systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Compensation:
