We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to help manage and streamline our recruitment process. No prior experience is required— we value your enthusiasm, engagement, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage CVs, and ensure candidates progress smoothly through the process
- Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and manage communications
- Use the relevant AI tools to automate tasks, generate content, and optimise the workflow
- Track candidates using Google Docs / Google Sheets and keep everything organised
- Use your understanding of psychology or personality types to assess candidate fit where necessary
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, and English (German is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Passion for AI tools like to improve productivity
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Self-starter with a curious and engaged mindset
