We are seeking a proactive and experienced recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent negotiation skills, and a keen understanding of technical terminology. Payme Swiss is a company with a solid track in the card and financial industry. It was founded by professionals with a substantial background in card production and by financial experts with a significant experience in FinTech and wealth management industries. Payme Swiss provides unique and innovative payment solutions in the EEA markets mainly to Fintech companies and programs targeted at wealthy individuals.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting
- Proven experience in negotiation
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- English proficiency at B2/C1 level
Skills that will be a plus:
- Previous work experience with Jira
- Experience with the EU Market
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and attract candidates
- Publish positions through various resources (DOU, djinni, LinkedIn, company website, Facebook posts and groups, Telegram channels, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with candidates
- Process incoming CVs for all open positions
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews with Hiring Managers
- Introduce the company during written and verbal communications
- Provide feedback to candidates
- Work with Task Management systems such as Jira
- Maintain the candidate database
- Continuously monitor the job market
