Oasis-Living is a property management company based in London working to improve the renting experience for tenants and landlords.
We are a London, UK based company specializing in Airbnb/Hospitality sector

Condiții de muncă:
Oasis-Living is looking for a competent individual to be part of the Customer Care team and will support the Operations Manager.
You will be working 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts with possibility to work over the weekend.
For the right candidate, we offer the possibility to work have a personalized working schedule with shifts starting in the morning or in the afternoon.
This is a work from home job that doesn't require you to come to an office.
Cerințe:
-Fluent English speaking - you will have 2 interviews over zoom
-Should have high speed internet connection - at least 20 Mbps of both download and upload -speeds, we will check this consistently in first 3 months
-General Computer Literacy: Google Suite, Word, Excel
-Proven experience as Admin or Customer Service
-Capacity to speak professionally on the phone
-Prior experience in working with Serviced Accommodation and/or customer service is preferred but not essential
Responsabilități:
Answer guest’s queries in a polite and articulate way
Assist guests through the guest’s journey
Communicate with third party services ( Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO etc) to mitigate dispute
Request and write reviews to clients
Coordinate operations with housekeeping and maintenance staff
Perform various administrative tasks periodically assigned by the Manager
