Afterhours logistics support

Duties include:

- Coordinate with transportation personnel for timely pick-ups and deliveries outside regular hours.
- Provide tracking updates to brokers and customers during non-business hours.
- Communicate with brokers for location updates, ETA, and loading/unloading status.
- Monitor and communicate location and ETA updates to customers as needed.
- Address detentions, assist with freight-related inquiries, and provide administrative support.
- Assist with driver-related administrative tasks and maintenance support.
- Promptly address maintenance requests and diagnose fleet issues during after-hours shifts.
- Coordinate urgent repairs and roadside assistance, documenting activities for compliance.
- Assist with ELD-related queries and technical issues from truck drivers during after-hours shifts, including troubleshooting, documentation, and issue escalation as needed. Stay updated on ELD regulations and best practices for accurate support delivery.

Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Familiarity with logistics software and tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours and on weekends as needed.
- Experience in a dispatch, logistics, or transportation role is preferred but not mandatory.

Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 am-5pm (CST)
